SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer three shipping options:
1) UK-wide Parcel Force delivery for £5.99. We endeavour to deliver all orders placed before end of play Wednesday the same week. Orders placed after this will be shipped the following week.
2) FREE local delivery to properties within the following poscodes: RH15, RH16, RH17, BN1, BN3, BN6. Place your order by 9am on Thursday morning and select local shipping. We will then deliver your beer free of charge by 6pm on Friday that week. Please note that there is a minimum order of £20.
3) Click + Collect from the brewery door (4pm - 10pm Thu & 12pm to 10pm Fri & Sat) The Brickworks, Unit 5 KBF House, 55 Victoria Road, Burgess Hill, West Sussex. Please note that Click + Collect orders must be collected within three weeks of the order being placed.
Bestens Brewery does not accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address. Deliveries must be accepted by a person aged 18 or older and our couriers will request a form of ID.
RETURNS
Only non-beer products and merchandise can be returned. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply return the products toThe Brickworks, Unit 5 KBF House, 55 Victoria Road, Burgess Hill, West Sussex, with a note stating what the problem is and whether you would prefer credit or a refund. Please ensure items are returned in the same condition as when they left us. None of this affects your statutory rights.
